Why Do I Need to Give You My Login Information?
We do require login information for Linkedin and Twitter. We prefer to have login information for Facebook, but if you would prefer to keep that private, you can also make us an admin of your page, which will allow us to post on your behalf.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?
Social Media Zen does allow you to change your package at any time, although changes in your account may take up to a week due to our posting and writing process. We require 30 days notice to cancel your account after you have completed the required 3 month contract. Please call us with any questions prior to making changes.
How long does setup take and what does it involve?
Setup can take up to 5 business days (depending on how many accounts we will be managing) from when we receive all of the required information from you. Our setup process involves:
